Dynamo + Komodo Dubs

Thank you so much for coming out to the performances last Saturday!!

Dynamo Coléoptera show went well, I enjoyed so much listening from back stage all new layers that a new collaborator Vincent added to the band sound - and of course performing together  the new fun song (revised from old band repertory) was great too.

Komodo Dubs was such fun, I enjoyed so much the vibration of the night.

Thank you so much for coming out to the St-Flying Kidney performance at Festival L'eco d'un Fleuve!

Each performance had a quite different feeling, with different venues! Performing outside on the street under the sky is something, amazing weather on both days helped our experience a lot too!!

St-Flying Kidney at L'Écho d'un fleuve

Maya and I will be performing a 15min excerpt from the show "Haunted Womb Tour (Manège de L'utérus Hanté) at L'Écho d'un fleuve this weekend. It will be outside, performing on the street for Friday, and Participating at the cabaret for Saturday.

My mom sent me another photo, a flower of Sal tree.
母、いつもありがとう！！

沙羅といえば、かの有名な平家物語の冒頭の、

祇園精舎の鐘の声　　　

諸行無常の響きあり　　　

沙羅双樹の花の色　　　

盛者必衰の理をあらわす

こういうのって以外と忘れないものなんだね...
実際に（写真だけど）見たの初めてだと思う。

朝に咲き夜には散ってしまう故に儚さのイメージがあるとされているけれど。

最近読んだ斎藤孝著の本に少し書いてあった、平家物語は実は生き生きとした肉体の文学なのだと。また読みたい本たまってきたなぁ。村上春樹著の新しい長編小説も出たって聞いたし。

さて。It's the last day of the shooting for the film, Legend of Atsuko tomorrow, well, today already..

In spite of several technical difficulties during our performance, it was still a great opportunity to perform within the festival, at Tangente. With sold out crowds, wow!

Hina-Matsuri is also called the doll festival in Japan, it's a celebration of little girls day in modern days, on March 3rd. A traditional event to pray for healthy growth, well being of girls. In the wake of Hinamatsuri at Sala Rossa, three unique Montreal / Japanese bands will be performing, it's going to be a fun night!!
